We can, also, provide machining capabilities as we can machine large and small parts as we have 2 CNC mills that are 3 axis and a brand-new CNC lathe. We also have access to 5 axis machining centers with our partners.
We, also, have a handheld laser scanner that allows us to check that parts are in tolerance quickly and to backward engineer parts if we need to.
The scanner allows us to make a dimensioned build-to print for any part we can scan. It will make a solid model a DXF file and a PDF file. This is great if all you have is a part that you want to produce but don’t have a dimensioned BUILD-TO Print of the part. Basically, we can backward engineer a part by using this hand held scanner.
We can do forming work with brake presses and stamping presses.
We can do production welding and we offer to make for our customers reusable shipping and stacking racks, containers, wire mesh baskets and carts for material handling for all industries.
We can do wet and powder coat painting.
